“What is a drift? Perhaps a drift is a sort of form.” – Kate Zambreno concludes in her novel Drifts – a form investigating its own boundaries and obsessed with challenges of present time.

Founded in 2022, Drifts gallery focuses on questioning what is contemporary to our times, reflecting on humanity and the process of creativity.

Gallery represents emerging and established Lithuanian artists, shifting focus on different generations. It is believed that balance between generations brings a complete and fulfilled introspection on/to contemporary art.

The exhibition program is based on collaboration with curators to present museum quality surveys and continually question exhibition formats, as well as cooperation with other galleries and institutions, participation in art fairs to ensure the global outlook. The gallery program is highly dedicated to artists creativity and tailored to foster collecting practice by organizing studio visits, talks and art events.
